WHAT IS THE EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASS?

In the Effective Leadership Masterclass, you examine your current leadership profile and go through a development process to be able to use effective and flexible leadership skills in different situations. This will enable you to more effectively shape your professional actions in different situations.

In this Masterclass, in addition to covering theoretical aspects, there is plenty of room to share experiences and to practice and experiment with different behavioural options. You will work with yourself and your own situation. During the course, you have a coach conversation to deepen and support you in experimenting with new behaviour.

WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH THE EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASS?

After completing the Effective Leadership Masterclass, you will be more aware of your preferred patterns, ways of thinking and behaviour as a leader. You understand the impact of your actions and can reflect on your actions and behaviour.

The Effective Leadership Masterclass therefore enables you to deploy the most effective leadership style that fits the moment, the goal, and the people involved. Ultimately, this allows you to create more commitment in a collaborative environment.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from UMIO | Maastricht University.

OUR STUDENTS

UMIO’s various management programmes attract a wide variety of students.
