This trajectory has a positive contribution towards uplifting people engagement and productivity, hence a beneficial influence on your Key Business Indicators.
2. CONCRETE OUTPUT
In this multi-disciplinary transformation process you will learn, experience and work in a (pro) active way on a tailored plan to move your organisation towards excellence in employability.
3. LASTING IMPACT
Benchmarked with consultancy, you will learn to do it yourself. You will not only get the latest and substantiated insights on all employability disciplines; you will also be equipped with new skills, competencies and behavior, making your team the employability expert-unit who can deal with current and upcoming challenges.
4. NETWORK OF PEERS
In this programme you will build and sustain a network where you will learn from and share experiences with colleagues, participants from other sectors, experts and academics.
All faculty and training staff in this trajectory are experienced experts in their field, having either an academic background and/or special interest in the topic, while others are experienced trainers in developing professionals in skills, competences and effective behaviour.
Employers are invited to participate in a mixed team of business leaders, business controllers, HR managers, employability officers and other interested professionals with the power to act as a change agent in the organisation.
