An inclusive labor organization is an organization that makes optimum use of the diversity of talents and capabilities in the labor market. It is an organization where everyone is enabled to contribute to the operating result to the best of their ability. An inclusive work organization is therefore also able to employ people with labor restrictions and to keep them permanently employed and to prevent employees from dropping out prematurely with restrictions due to illness or aging (Nijhuis, Mulders, and Zijlstra, 2011).


During these modules, all participants will develop insights and practical methods to define the determinants as a predictors of sustainable employability, tailored to their unique business challenge. Relevant themes will be: characteristics of an inclusive labor organization, health, vitality, talent, capacity and the difference between diversity and inclusivity.
