This programme offers professionals practical tools, theoretical knowledge and insights to navigate innovatively and successfully in a complex and constantly changing organisational landscape.

What is the part-time programme in Innovation and Organisational Development?

The programme combines important themes such as sustainability and strategy, strategic HRM management, change management and leadership with themes such as innovation strategy, building agile high-performance teams and transforming organisations to enable innovation to flourish. This provides a holistic learning experience that enables participants to make a lasting impact with their organisations.

What can you do with the Part-time Programme in Innovation and Organisational Development?

After completing the Part-time Programme in Innovation and Organisational Development, you will have the knowledge and skills to effectively stimulate and implement innovation within organisations. You will know how to develop an innovation strategy and understand how innovation processes work, including the associated theories and models. In addition, you will have learned how to identify relevant trends and translate them into innovation opportunities. You will be able to design, develop and prototype new products, services or processes, and you will know how to successfully implement innovations within organisations.

You will also have developed skills to generate innovative ideas and know how to strengthen the agility, collaboration, productivity and creativity of teams. You can effectively engage stakeholders and create support for the innovation process, while measuring and optimising the impact of innovations. In addition, you have insight into how innovations are converted into viable business models and are familiar with methodologies such as Agile, Lean Startup and Design Thinking. Finally, you know how to promote an innovative organisational culture, thereby embedding innovation within an organisation in a sustainable manner.

Upon completion of the programme, participants receive a university degree from Maastricht University that is highly valued in the job market. With this programme, participants demonstrate that they are prepared for a position at university level!
