On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, we launched a new edition of the Masterclass in Change Management, in close collaboration with the IGOM Academy. This edition was specifically designed for employees of organisations affiliated with IGOM and offers participants in-depth insights and practical tools to effectively and confidently lead change processes. A second edition is already planned and will start in September 2025.

After just three sessions, participants have already developed a clear framework for navigating change. They now understand the key elements for building a shared vision and are familiar with various perspectives on change. Additionally, they acquire practical tools that enhance their ability to manage change within their organisations. All the insights and skills gained ultimately contribute to more effective change processes within the participants’ organisations.
