Virtual Reality is more commonly associated with gaming, shopping, and the hype surrounding ‘the metaverse’ than an educational application within a business school. Though not a newcomer to education, VR has been used in the fields of medicine and engineering for some time, it is still a relatively new topic within the business education field. Roberta Di Palma, a lecturer in the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at the School of Business and Economics at Maastricht University and Lab Manager of the newly initiated Digital Experience Laboratory, DEXLab, shares her vision for the future applications of VR within the business educational context.
