It asks you to combine scientific expertise with the ability to navigate complex systems, build partnerships, influence policy, and create lasting change. This programme helps you develop exactly that combination of skills. Through a powerful mix of leadership development, practical application, personal reflection, and sector-specific insights, you will learn how to lead confidently – not only as a scientist, but as a change-maker shaping the future of public health and care.
