The Advanced Connecting Leadership Programme is for experienced leaders who understand that leadership is a profession and want to take action.

What is the Advanced Connecting Leadership Programme?

In the Advanced Programme in Connecting Leadership, your personal mission is central. After all, you want to grow as a leader and everyone does that in a different way. That is why at the beginning of the program you specify your personal assignment during an intake.

Generally, your assignment falls into one of the following four categories: Coaching as a leader, team development, organizational change, or collaboration with partners. Then you get to work on tangible actions that match your personal assignment.

This Advanced programme is led by leadership expert Frans Wilms and is intended for experienced leaders.

What can you do with the Advanced Connecting Leadership Programme?

After completing the Advanced Programme in Connecting Leadership, you will be able to create an inspiring space within appropriate boundaries for your employees and yourself amidst the complexities that arise.

You are ‘switched on’ for others, you know how to empathize with others and are committed to them. Even in difficult situations, you know how to break patterns and have impact from connection. New patterns become more and more automatic for you. Moreover, you are able to help others on their own journey of discovery to break patterns from connection.

Upon completion you will receive a certificate from UMIO | Maastricht University.
